    This document looks for degree jobs that look at aspects of quality management systems ISO 9001:2015 in the public transport services. This in order to know what trends, motivations and limitations have been recorded on this topic. Likewise, this type of documentary review is done, to develop an analysis regarding the findings found. This research is exploratory – descriptive, where an in-depth review of the object of the research is sought. Therefore, the trends that are related identified and analyzed, have to do with the criteria of greatest impact on companies in this sector and from which it can be deducted what are the motivations and limitations that lead companies in this sector to adopt these management models.
