Propuesta para la mejora de la productividad en la empresa Tejido y confecciones MyB a través de herramientas de Lean Manufacturing
Rojas-Parra, Kevin Felipe; Avila-Alfonso, Pablo Stiven; Cabrera-Ramirez, Emmil Danilo; Gonzales-Aguilar, Martin Libardo
The following project seeks to design proposals to improve the production process of the company Tejidos y Confecciones MyB through Lean Manufacturing tools. This company is a clothing manufacturing company, mainly for women. The proposals are based on mitigating constant reprocesses, excessive displacements, disorganization in the design of some areas and the lack of standardization that affects the production process. Based on the above, a diagnosis of the current situation and productivity of the company Tejido y Confecciones MyB was made using Lean tools. Then an analysis and proposal for the implementation was made, using the 5'S philosophy. Likewise, a methodology of times and movements was carried out in order to visualize unnecessary sections, to later use it as a reference for the plant design proposal. Subsequently, a Dashboard of the current state of the company Tejido y Confecciones MyB will be presented and a comparison will be made with the proposed state. Finally, the cultural and financial impacts of the established proposals will be evidenced.
