    Propuesta de internacionalización para el sector de la construcción, caso Condominio la Conchita en Panamá

    Condominium “La Conchita” is a recently created micro-enterprise, in order to pursue the internationalization. The following document has as main objective the approach of a proposal for this process based on the Born Global Theory, which presents that internationalization may involve strategic alliances of knowledge, technology and investment. The work is carried out by a qualitative-descriptive methodology, which collected primary information (About the company) and secondary information (About the target market). The results show that Panamá is an important market located in the Central American Region, due to in recent years the construction sector has presented a substantial increase, especially in residential and commercial buildings, and this is an opportunity for Condominium “La Conchita” to take advantage of strategic alliances with a company well-positioned in the market.
