    This integrating document seeks to identify opportunities for improvement of a company dedicated to the commercialization of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment that has a presence in different cities of the country; thanks to the diagnosis made, it could be identified that the organization is currently facing a problem related to competition and the entry of new brands of this type of products, with prices that have altered the dynamics of this market. Due to this, companies have had to look for new alternatives that allow them to stay afloat in the market and be able to continue in force despite the notorious changes that are presented. Frio Colombia has several factors in its favor and it is its recognition in the air conditioning industry, as well as detecting different aspects of its operation that can be optimized to be much more efficient and improve its profit margins. This document is mainly composed of a theoretical component that describes the type of research applied as well as different chapters that cover the different areas that make up the company by making a brief introduction in each chapter, preparing the diagnosis of the company in each of these aspects and a proposal for improvement, finally, the main conclusions of the research carried out are related.
