    The project was carried out with the idea of ​​investigating and mitigating the losses of food that occurs in thermoquin vehicles due to failures in their cooling systems, which is a critical issue for food companies that must transport from one side to another said loads, whether by vehicles with an age or these vehicles with maintenance failures, there is no truthful information for the driver when anomalous events are happening in the vehicle's refrigerant refrigerator. In this project, a system is developed through which it is desired to monitor and visualize the temperature and relative humidity of the environment in the refrigerant refrigerators of Termoquin vehicles, through an IoT network in which through a web platform we can visualize the data collected on these variables, this in order to generate a parameterization of variables and generation of alerts to the people in charge of the vehicles. Bearing in mind the technological advances that have been observed in our time, it is possible to implement electronic devices such as the Arduino sensor and the GPRS module to take the variables and parameterize the alerts through the Ubidots web platform.
