Estrategias que promueven el crecimiento empresarial en la producción orgánica: revisión de literatura.
Arciniegas-Cruz, Mariana; Parra Herrera, Jairo Enrique
The work carried out is a literature review, focused on identifying strategies for the sustainable development of organic product companies, having as main bases the initiatives implemented by several countries of the European Union, the United States of America, Latin American countries, and innovative countries in technology and growth such as China Australia and India. The research starts from the existing diagnosis in Colombian companies about the lack of support and the little information that companies have about food quality and how to generate it, in addition to the existing misinformation about the green growth plan in the Colombian territory. Starting from the problem, an analysis is carried out of some countries of the European Union and of other continents, taking the comparison of researches that include strategies that have impelled them in the organic growth, even strategies that have allowed to generate international economic relations and a sustainable development. Finally, it takes the position of Latin countries that experience a scenario quite similar to that of Colombia with regarding the handling of organic products. Reaching the conclusion that a well defined organic growth strategy involving all functional areas of the company and the actors of the production chain (distributors, farmers, packers, among others) will generate constant success in the green growth and development of an organic products company while giving a high quality in food and consumer life.
