    Estrategias de gestión financiera para mitigar el riesgo financiero derivado de los costos logísticos internacionales en Auteco Mobility S.A.S. durante los años 2024 y 2025

    This undergraduate research project analyzes the financial risk associated with the increase in international logistics costs at AUTEKO during 2024 and 2025, considering its impact on the company’s cost structure and financial management. The study arises from the need to identify the main factors that have increased the company’s financial exposure in international trade operations and to establish alternatives to mitigate their effects. To this end, an analysis of available financial and business information was conducted, complemented by a review of issues related to international logistics costs, financial risk management, and risk mitigation and control strategies. Based on the diagnosis, strategies are proposed to strengthen financial planning, optimize the management of costs associated with international operations, and improve the company’s ability to respond to fluctuations in logistics costs. The findings highlight the importance of integrating financial management with logistics planning and strategic decision-making in order to reduce financial risk exposure and contribute to AUTEKO’s financial sustainability.
