    The present project of degree was designed based on the need that today presents the terminals of terrestrial transport to national level, but primarily the Terminal of Transport the Saltpeter of Bogota, being the epicenter of the entire operation and in which it concentrates the vast majority of users and tourists, who purchase its products and services. The big problem of the terminal is that nowadays, it does not have a commercial strategy or a project where it can facilitate tourism accessible to users and tourists, on the real information of their tourist services, products, timetables, prices and how to access them quickly. In the fieldwork was carried out a research with qualitative methodology in the use of the tool created by Kurt Lewin "Action Research" which allowed a study of social reality and whose method was applied in two ways, one for tourists and users and one for service providers within the Salitre transport terminal. In the first, it was found the need of tourists and users not having how to access in a quick and orderly way the tourist information and other services that the terminal provides such as routes, destinations, prices, timetables and complementary services to the traveler or users.
