    Estudio de la efectividad global de los equipos (OEE) y propuesta de mejoramiento basada en el uso de herramientas de manufactura esbelta en la empresa Inemflex S.A.S

    The company INEMFLEX S.A.S is an organization dedicated to the elaboration of flexible packaging, in the city of Bogotá. He recognized the need to measure and controls the effectiveness of their equipment, with the purpose of creating improvement actions, which allows the efficient and competitive productive system in the Colombian market. The work done below is based on the measurement study of the OEE (Global Team Effectiveness) indicator, in which before being, a restructuring is required, in the coding of the causes of times and of non-quality, methodology of registration and updates and incorporations of formats, because it was determined that the current ones did not adjust to the reality and as a result they did not guarantee reliable information. Once the corrective actions have been carried out, it refers to the database generated by the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning System) qsm software, in which it was determined that its percentage rank is below the competitiveness standards according to the word class.
