    Troquelados J.A is a micro company dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of piñatería products such as: (hats, ties, masks, and everything related to cardboard cardboard). Troquelados J.A is located in the neighborhood of the progress of the city of Bogotá, its flagship product is the sombrero vueltiado, its empirical processes in the company make production slower. The J.A die cut company was selected as the object of study of the research project and application of engineering tools, such as: times and movements, preventive maintenance, and plant distribution that reduce the manufacturing costs of the company. The improvement proposal to increase productivity in the company Troquelados JA is to standardize its processes in the production area such as: Printing, Stamping, Assembly, through the application of the aforementioned tools, which will allow us to identify critical processes and make an improvement that allows optimizing the operations in the production areas, and in turn identify dead or unproductive times, and follow their elimination or modification.
