The central theme of this project is the impact on the emotional and physical well-being of the workers of UMHES Tunal in the hospitalization area during the Covid 19 pandemic from 03/2020 to 03/2021, due to the impact on both the social and emotional well-being of the workers, since being a new and unknown situation, the change in health and well-being in general was perceived, as well as the mandatory confinement that the country opted for to mitigate the spread of the contagion. The interest of this project is to know what the pandemic brought to the workers of the UMHES Tunal at the physical and emotional level, to see the impact it caused to people, for this a survey was conducted with some key variables and could determine what was most relevant and what affected the emotional and physical well-being of workers, this in order to propose a possible plan of activities that contribute to improving the quality of life and welfare of employees within the organization.
