Item Inclusión laboral para personas con discapacidad física en cadenas hoteleras colombianas que operan en BogotáArenas Guavita, Jennifer Catherin; Acosta Hernandez, Marion Fernanda; Bernal Tristancho, Edwin AlbertoThe objective of this project is to carry out an investigation where the barriers that are generated when generating labor inclusion for people with physical disability in the hotel chains operating in Bogotá can be identified. This objective has as its goal, a compliance of inclusion and an alliance that allows general an agreement between the academy, public private entities and the hotel chains. In order to carry out this scheme, specific objectives are shown, which will break down the research in three fundamental parts, such as: analyzing the fields of performance that exist in the hotel industry, in order to identify the characteristics and skills that people can develop and contribute. With physical disability in the hotel industry, identify the perception that the hotel chains operating in Bogotá have when they become inclusive, emphasizing physical disabilities and identifying it as the most difficult disability to include. Lack of knowledge on the part of the hotel industry on regulations, labor integration and benefits that entails the inclusion of these people with disabilities and finally designing a strategy and market proposal where the knowledge acquired in the course of the Hospitality and tourism career will be applied to return the inclusive hotel industry, through this proposal shows how the partnership between the academy, public and private entities and the hotel sector can intervene to provide training, awareness workshops, benefits, fulfillment of rights and duties, and in this way eliminate barriers, make the industry accessible and generate a projection for future professionals in hospitality and tourism, with knowledge on labor inclusion and accessibility.
