    La formación en habilidades blandas en el campo de la Administración de Empresas: Estudio de caso en la Universitaria Agustiniana

    Soft skills development has been highly related as a critical aspect to improve the levels of competitiveness in organizations, facing contemporary challenges, including digital transformation, and, at the same time, from a comprehensive perspective of education and corporate social responsibility; In this article, the experience of the Agustiniana University in relation to professional training processes is characterized, involving the development of soft skills, considering the experiences of director, teachers, students and graduates of the Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences, in general, and the Business Administration program, in particular, considering aspects of educational administration, as well assignificant curricular and pedagogical issues identified in the discursive and non- discursive practices of the agents involved. The focus of this research is qualitative, since it focuses on the understanding of the phenomenon of education incorporating soft skills in a particular community, at the Agustiniana University. The methodology used is the case study, including techniques that involved documentary review, content analysis, semi-structured interviews, and affinity diagrams with the participation of teachers, students, and graduates, with stratified and intentionalsampling, and with simple random distributionsin some cases. Among the most relevant conclusions, it is pointed out that in the experience of the Augustinian University, stability in institutional guidelines can be highlighted and research lines are proposed to continue the development of related initiatives.
