    Creación del manual de SGC como propuesta de implementación de la norma ISO 9001:2015 en la empresa Eurosystem Revestimientos y Fachadas SAS

    The main objective of this professional internship work is to design a quality management system manual based on the NTC ISO 9001: 2015 that allows Eurosystem Revestimientos y Fachadas SAS to continue with the system implementation phase. To comply with this, it was necessary to carry out a preliminary diagnosis of the implementation of the system by means of the Diagnostic Tool Evaluation of the Quality Management System that allowed to demonstrate the level of compliance with the norm that the company had. Subsequently, visits were made to the company to begin documenting the Quality Management System according to the requirements of the standard and the needs of the company, leaving as a result the documentation of a QMS Manual that will allow the company continue with the system implementation phase and increase the level of compliance with the standard.
