Item Importancia de la intervención de instituciones en los negocios verdesAcevedo Rincon, Andres Felipe; Porras Luna, Nicolas Mauricio; Salgado Mongui, Johan Manuel; Pinzon Muñoz, Carlos AndresGreen businesses are seeing activities that provide goods and services that generate positive environmental impacts, are classified into three levels: categories, sectors and subsectors. In Colombia there are weaknesses mainly in relation to green businesses, such as the lack of awareness in the business culture to potential opportunities in this sector. In order to promote the development of this type of business, it can be encouraged through the support and accompaniment of institutions that present support from training, promotion and financing, which is why the institutional economic theory developed by Douglass North is developed. The institutions are those that constitute the incentive distribution of a society, it is the institutions that determine the long-term economic performance. Also, these businesses present a series of criteria which allow to give a focus towards sustainable development which aim to maintain the quality of a good or service offered reducing the negative impact to the environment. This is why the analysis of management is developed by the main institutions exposed by the National Green Business Plan (PNNV). These institutions have been selected for the most relevant research for biodiversity and non-conventional sources of renewable energy, with some subsectors such as ecotourism, biological production system, products derived from wild fauna and biomass. This research approach allows to achieve a series of results according to the institutional importance for growth in an organization, through the indicator of efficiency management that generates an analysis of the importance that each institution can have. This is evaluated in the parameters of the effectiveness indicator of which are coverage, targeting and final results.
