El imaginario colectivo en los procesos de concertación ciudadana en los planes de mejoramiento integral de barrios
Resumen
La investigación dada por el semillero de investigación y vinculada al proyecto de grado se realiza con el fin generar una metodología para la inclusión de la comunidad en la formulación de las políticas públicas en el MIB teniendo en cuenta el imaginario colectivo, y la utilización de dos metodologías de apoyo, la primera mixta que formula un plan y un programa instrumental para el desarrollo de la zona, teniendo el enfoque académico e investigativo que se articula con las acciones realizadas por las secretarias distritales, la intervención de planes de gobierno y demás, para con ello llegar a una segunda metodología que nos permite interactuar con la comunidad y establecer las prioridades que en este lugar por parte de MIB son necesarios, desde una visión social, procurando que estos generen apropiación de ellos, ya hay participación de estos, con esta metodología y aplicación logramos 3 proyectos puntuales de intervención con la comunidad, lo que nos demuestra que utilizando una metodología de diseño por consenso, las ideas de las personas a usar los proyectos serán tenidas en cuenta hasta el momento de su ejecución, no solo como una reunión más sin socialización ni expectativas.
