Porosidad y arquitectura polivalente como herramienta de transformación en Machetá - Cundinamarca.
Resumen
La presente investigación indago la relación entre porosidad y arquitectura polivalente como herramienta de transformación en el municipio de Macheta - Cundinamarca en Colombia, esto aportó a la valoración de su infraestructura funcional. Basado en lo anterior, y para entender el dinamismo del lugar realizamos un estudio donde se clasifican características de actividades, y porosidad tanto vertical (vacíos) como horizontal (pasajes peatonales, movimiento del usuario o recorridos peatonales). El análisis permitió plantear la propuesta de un proyecto arquitectónico poroso el cual concluye que el flujo peatonal aumenta debido a su permeabilidad, a su vez, la mezcla de actividades o la polivalencia en el edificio, permite que los usuarios de diferentes edades o diferentes intereses, interactúen y se mantenga el dinamismo
Abstract
The present investigation investigated the relationship between porosity and multivalent architecture as a tool for transformation in the municipality of Macheta - Cundinamarca in Colombia, this contributed to the assessment of its functional infrastructure. Based on the above, and in order to understand the dynamism of the place we carried out a study where characteristics of activities and porosity are classified both vertically (voids) and horizontally (pedestrian passages, user movement or pedestrian routes). The analysis allowed to raise the proposal of a porous architectural project which concludes that the pedestrian flow increases due to its permeability, in turn, the mixture of activities or the polyvalence in the building, allows users of different ages or different interests, interact and maintain the dynamism of the place, activating the urban life and promoting the integral development of the municipality.
