Formulación de una herramienta para el control interno de inventarios de la empresa LUBRICANTES Y MONTALLANTAS LUCHO en la ciudad de Bogotá
Resumen
Este proyecto de pasantía profesional, busca analizar los déficits que tienen los procesos internos del control de inventarios en las organizaciones, planteando como objetivo la creación de una herramienta que permita optimizar el control interno de los inventarios. Inicialmente se procede a la recolección de datos en donde se encuentran las falencias; posteriormente se procede a clasificar el tipo de falencias y finalmente se diseña la herramienta la cual permite solucionar el problema inicial, partiendo de la información obtenida se formula la pregunta problema de la siguiente manera: ¿Cuáles son las consecuencias de no tener un control interno de inventarios, dentro de la empresa LUBRICANTES Y MONTALLANTAS LUCHO? utilizando una metodología de investigación de tipo mixto ya que se cuenta con información de carácter cualitativo y cuantitativo, por último se analizaran la información que fue obtenida después de la aplicación de la herramienta en la organización LUBRICANTES Y MONTALLANTAS LUCHO.
Abstract
This professional internship project seeks to analyze the deficits that internal inventory control processes have in organizations, with the objective of creating a tool that allows optimizing internal inventory control. Initially, data is collected where the shortcomings are found; Later, the type of deficiencies are classified and finally the tool is designed which allows solving the initial problem, starting from the information obtained, the problem question is formulated as follows: What are the consequences of not having an internal inventory control , within the company LUBRICANTES Y MONTALLANTAS LUCHO ?, using a mixed type research methodology since it has qualitative and quantitative information, finally the information obtained after the application of the tool in the organization will be analyzed LUBRICANTS AND MOUNTS LUCHO.
