Propuesta de desarrollo de turismo cultural a partir de una ruta turística en el municipio de Honda – Tolima

Abstract

This work is a proposal that aims to contribute to tourism development through a tourist route in which different activities are involved, this will allow to highlight the heritage of this municipality. In first place, the accessibility, the potentiality, the development offered by this destination was taken into account, which would allow the creation of the project. In second place, the methodology that was used is exploratory with a mixed approach, which gave us as a result for contemplate what activities and places were feasible to involve in the tourist route. Finally, it was possible to generate a cultural tourist route which contains a specific itinerary and a fee, this is made up of historical, cultural and natural attractions which will create a reminder for the tourist about the importance of the tradition of this municipality; this research was carried out with the compilation of information from different sources where the weaknesses and strengths to be taken into account were found to carry out a correct route according to the needs presented.
