Propuesta de plan estratégico de turismo comunitario en el municipio de Casabianca, Tolima.

Abstract

The present work is a proposal for a strategic plan that aims to carry out, in an orderly and articulated manner, the different dimensions of reality: social, cultural, political, economic and ecological of the community and territory, the community tourism activity in the municipality of Casabianca - Tolima. Firstly, theories related to tourism development, community tourism, nature tourism, agrotourism, experiential and alternative tourism and strategic planning, were taken into account. Secondly, the research methodology was used with a mixed approach, which is adapted to the approach of the problem and the circumstances surrounding it, allowing for different analyses. And finally, to achieve sustainable development, awareness of the territory, the importance of implementing tourism activities with previous planning; formalization and training of actors involved, the following strategies are established for the elaboration of the action plan: first, it is crucial for local and sustainable development to take into account the whole perspective of the social, economic,environmental and political spheres of the community and territory. This is followed by the planning of tourism activities for the improvement and implementation of tourism facilities to provide quality services and improve the economy. And finally, to carry out training to the community to strengthen their skills in the tourism activity.
