Abstract

The company Galvanova Ltda., has recognition in the market of galvanic processes, through the sale of chemical products for electrolytic solutions, water and wastewater treatments, as well as the development of new products, achieving customer loyalty. that make Galvanova Ltda., a sustainable and friendly company of the environment, but, internally of the company, you can perceive the latent need that it has regarding the Human Talent Area (ATH), and it is for this reason that the decision is made to carry out the present work with the spirit that the company enrich the knowledge in this area and improve its administration, which will improve the quality and satisfaction of the internal and external customers of the organization. With the work done in this business internship is intended through an initial diagnosis, relate the shortcomings and successes that has the company Galvanova Ltda., From the human talent, the manual of functions, the positions of the company, the selection of staff, his retention and outplacement. A general proposal is presented, initially focused on the structuring of job profiles and the selection process. The structure of the internship will be defined through the objectives, the approach of the problem, the justification, the methodology, the administration and results, ending with the conclusions and suggestions of the business internship. All this based on the purpose of achieving a proposal for improvement, in the area of Human Talent in the company Galvanova Ltda.
