Abstract

The research is carried out through a field diary as a tool fundamental for researchers in the action plan at destination, in the field diary You can find all the information collection, the testimonies of operators, the different views of public and private entities, and the general impact on all those involved with the tourism union when assuming and entailing the closure and privatization of the Tominé reservoir, by the Regional Autonomous Corporation (CAR), EMGESA, and the Bogotá Energy Company. Then, the risks and management indicators for sustainability were established, applied to each present or future problem encountered, a weighting of according to the methodology and the action plan, these indicators were analyzed and evaluated.
