Abstract

Within the classroom without doubt the student teaching relationship is fundamental in the educational field, and it depends on the achievement of the objectives set, and the expected results in the teaching - learning process. As there is no interest in this relationship, dangerous consequences can be generated such as loss of control, discouragement on the part of the students, and so the need to put into practice the humanist and academic. For the above, it is interesting to address the pedagogical thinking of St. Augustine, and this is how the present work shows a philosophy in the field of education, where it involves the pretension of teaching by the teacher, and mentions that the teacher's vision towards the students is acceptable and tolerant and to promote to the students the joy of wanting to learn, creating a calm and pleasant process, where the apprehension is separated from the pain and the despair and on the contrary an opportunity to be in himself and become a spokesman for hope and humanism.
