Puntos representativos de café en las localidades de Candelaria, Chapinero, Usaquén y Mártires
Resumen
El proyecto consiste en la realización de una Herramienta de café para la ciudad de Bogotá, actualmente capital de Colombia enfocada en las localidades de Usaquén, Chapinero, Candelaria y Mártires; elegidas de acuerdo a la información suministrada por el Instituto Distrital de Turismo quien menciona que estas localidades son las de mayor afluencia turística y cuentan con un destacado sector gastronómico.
La aplicación contiene datos importantes de los negocios destacados de estas localidades, que ayuden a profundizar en la cultura cafetera de Colombia, donde encontraremos tipos de café de origen, técnicas de preparación de café y experiencias de café.
La siguiente investigación se llevó a cabo a través instrumentos como observación, documentación y encuestas, realizadas en puntos representativos de café, para amantes del café, personas consumidoras de café, y empleados de dichos puntos; donde los instrumentos empleados ayudaran en la descripción y formación de esta herramienta, en la cual, cualquier persona interesada en el tema de café, lo use como referencia en cada punto representativo del café y aprenda cada experiencia que le ofrece.
La cultura cafetera está plasmada desde diferentes puntos de vista cuando se visitan los establecimientos aquí mencionados, manteniendo viva nuestra herencia cafetera.
Abstract
The project consists of the realization of a Coffee Tool for the city of Bogotá, currently the capital of Colombia focused on the towns of Usaquén, Chapinero, Candelaria and Mártires; chosen according to the information provided by the District Tourism Institute who mentions that these towns are the ones with the greatest tourist affluence and have an outstanding gastronomic sector.
The application contains important data of the outstanding businesses of these localities, which help to deepen the coffee culture of Colombia, where we will find types of origin coffee, coffee preparation techniques and coffee experiences.
The following investigation was carried out through instruments such as observation, documentation and surveys, carried out at representative coffee points, for coffee lovers, coffee consumers, and employees of said points; where the instruments used will help in the description and training of this tool, in which anyone interested in the subject of coffee uses it as a reference in each representative point of coffee and learns each experience it offers.
Coffee culture is embodied from different points of view when visiting the establishments mentioned here, keeping our coffee heritage alive.
